            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I am mainly available for personal training to the wants and needs of the client. Every workout will be individualized for your skill and performance levels. No one single person will have the same workout as another.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

I am willing to work with small groups such as 2 or 3 people. The only reason I do it is to help with motivation and the cost of training. The more people in your session, the less it will cost per person. The best thing you can do is offer the chance to someone. Exercise can change someone's life and you could be that reason why!

            HOUSE CALLS

 

​Under certain circumstances I will be willing to make house calls for training sessions. I will be able to bring a limited amount of equipment to get in a workout but I would rather you make the trip to the gym. Regardless, I know sometimes that is not an option so I will be able to make things work if need be.
